girl in Central Park

I think this is my finished piece. I like it and am ready to draw more.

New portrait

I am almost finished with this one. Needs to have the color on the face punched up, and some details in the dress.

I saw this little girl is Central Park last month. What caught me eye was the color of her skin... so I need to focus on that now.

Putting in some darks

I started putting in more darks. The angle of the photo is poor, but you can see the process.

Nectarines

I started out with the dark colors first. It is different than oil! Not too thrilled with this one, but for me to get anything on paper was a real big deal. Trying to do alittle art work each day is hard up here at my mother's.
